How to install Firmware in Samsung S3650 (Corby)

NOTE : Make sure to have a backup of the data on your phone! Flashing a phone is a tricky business so be sure to know the risks! if you don't know what are you doing, you can seriously harm your Firmware.

FILES NEEDED: (DOWNLOAD THESE FILES FIRST)

Make a backup of your important stuff and Contacts!

First remove your Sim, and Memory card.

Then we need to put the phone in "Download" mode.


How to go into the 'Download' mode?

1) Lower volume button 

2) Camera button 

3) End Button 

Like this.....

Then your phone suppose to look like this....

Now we are in "Download" mode, and ready to install/upgrade the firmware.

How to install the Firmware?

Connect you phone to your computer

Open the installed MultiLoader v5.6

Then make sure you have selected these..

1) BRCM2133
2) Boot Change

3) Full Download

4) Master Rom

Like This..

Next: Click and Browse "Boot" ( boot and all other files are located in the folder "s3650 6 in 1" downloaded before, if you have not click here)

Next: Click and browse "Amss" 

Next: Click and browse "Rsrc1"

Next: Click and Browse "Rsrc2"

Next: Click and Browse "Factory Fs"

Okay so we are done selecting all the files required.

Now look at below and make sure you have selected all this...

Now click "Port Search"
(this will search for your connected device)

(if you device does not appear like this, then you have not connect you phone correctly, or not have installed the phone drives)

Then click "Download"

The Download should start.

Now sit away for the PC, and let it complete (it will take hardly 10 mins)

After the Download has finished, it should look like this...

Now you can put the Sim and Memory card back into the phone and start the phone with a whole new experience!
